Personal data is information about factual or personal circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your name, insurance number, telephone number, e-mail address, postal address, and all health data that you provide to us during registration and when creating your patient file.

Your personal data will be deleted, provided that statutory storage obligations do not prevent deletion and you have asserted a deletion claim, if the data is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was stored or if its storage is not permitted for other statutory reasons.

We use this information exclusively in pseudonymised form. For the purpose of designing our pages to meet your needs and continuously optimizing them, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter “Google”. https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/ . In this context, pseudonymised user profiles are created and cookies (see point 3) are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited page), host name of the accessing computer (IP address), as well as time of server inquiry and IP addresses are made anonymous, so that no assignment is possible (IP masking).
Under no circumstances will your IP address be merged with other data from Google. In accordance with a contract concluded by us with Google Inc., the data will only be stored after IP masking on servers within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only then is the data transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. 5.1.5 Contract data processing
We have concluded a contract with Google for commissioned data processing and fully implement the strict requirements of the German data protection authorities when using Google Analytics.
5.1.6 IP anonymization
We use the function “Activation of IP anonymization” on this website. However, this will cause your IP address to be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states which are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide further services to the website operator in connection with the use of the website and the Internet. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected through the conversion cookie is used to compile conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted-in to conversion tracking. AdWords customers are told the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive information that can personally identify Internet users. 6. Social Media Plug-ins
We use plug-ins of social networks on our website on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO to make our practice more widely known. The advertising purpose behind this is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the DSGVO. The responsibility for data protection compliant operation is to be guaranteed by their respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us takes place by means of the so-called two-click method in order to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.
6.1 Facebook
On our website, social media plug-ins from Facebook are used to make their use more personal.
For this we use the “LIKE” or “SHARE” button. This is an offer from Facebook. Our website contains social media plugins from YouTube, currently a company of Google Inc. (see 5.1) and we also maintain a video channel there. YouTube does not issue its own privacy policy, but the privacy policy of Google Inc..(https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de). personal data, which every user enters into his account during registration or later. This includes: Name, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. In addition, information is obtained by analyzing the use of Google services. Data on location, IP addresses and devices used (see 5.1.) are also analysed. In the case of YouTube, the activities there are also of importance. Thus, what you search for and which videos you watch is recorded. Cookies may also be used to uniquely identify the device and to associate the activity with your Google Account.
6.3 Twitter
